E' stata approvata dal consiglio comunale una mozione urgente, presentata dal consigliere di F.I. Armando Vagliati, che consentirà la libera circolazione alle moto in tutte le corsie preferenziali laddove il codice della strada non ne vieti espressamente il transito.
Nello specifico "esprime la volontà del Consiglio comunale che laddove il transito fosse demandato ad una scelta discrezionale dell'amministrazione e non espressamente vietato dal codice della strada, tale scelta sia quella di permetterlo".
Risultato delle votazioni 21 si, 17 astenuti e tre contrari.
L'impegno chiesto alla giunta è di predisporre gli atti affinché la mozione trovi attuazione il più presto possibile e comunque non oltre il 31/07/2008.
Voi che ne pensate ? è giusto che le moto percorrano tutte le corsie preferenziali ?
Ad oggi solo in alcune preferenziali è consentito il transito, quelle più spaziose.
Invece è vietato ad esempio nella preferenziale della cerchia dei navigli, per capirsi Via Fatebenefratelli, via Senato, via S. Damiano, Via Visconti di Modrone, Via F. Sforza ecc. ecc. fino ad ora era considerata troppo pericolosa perché estremamente stretta, ma con questa mozione cosa succederà ??... staremo a vedere.
